Acacia hereby discloses that it is the owner of issued and pending patent applications that may include claims that would be deemed Essential Claims for technology specified in OpenZR+ Multi Source Agreement. Acacia hereby declares that it agrees to license under RAND terms the pertinent claims of Acacia-owned applications or patents that would be deemed Essential Claims in the OpenZR+ Multi Source Agreement.
