The OpenZR+ Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) defines interoperability specifications for OpenZR+, which was designed to expand the application space for a coherent solution in a small form factor pluggable module. Specifically, OpenZR+ combines the focus on Ethernet traffic, higher performance, and multi-vendor interoperability in order to provide network operators with an operationally efficient solution for DCI and service provider applications with support for regional and long-haul reaches.
